Ferramenteiro / (a)

A METALUSA Industrial SA, líder nacional na fabricação, engenharia, venda e aluguer de
equipamentos para a construção, indústria e eventos, com uma forte presença internacional,
pretende um/a Ferramenteiro.

Principais funções:

– Execução de trabalhos de retificação de ferramentas e componentes mecânicos;
– Montagem e afinação de ferramentas em Balancés/ Prensas;

Perfil do Candidato:

– Escolaridade mínima obrigatória;
– Experiência profissional no setor de ferramentas e /ou prensas;
– Elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
– Resiliência, autonomia, versatilidade e espírito proativo;
– Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
– Disponibilidade imediata;
– Residência na zona de Aveiro (preferencial)

• Skapa relationer med nya kunder

Kvalifikationer för frilansande säljagent
• Förmåga att ta initiativ och arbeta självständigt

Dans le cadre de notre engagement constant envers l’innovation et la qualité, nous recherchons un Directeur Opérationnel et Commercial pour stimuler notre croissance sur le marché marocain.

Responsabilités :
– Gérer et coordonner les opérations de l’entreprise sur le marché local, en garantissant l’efficacité et le respect des objectifs stratégiques.
– Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales visant à renforcer la présence de METALUSA au Maroc.
– Gérer et optimiser les relations avec les clients et les partenaires, en assurant un service d’excellence.
– Superviser les équipes opérationnelles et commerciales, en veillant à leur alignement avec les standards de l’entreprise.
– Analyser le marché et identifier les opportunités de croissance.
– Garantir le respect des indicateurs de performance (KPI) commerciaux et opérationnels.

Profil du candidat :
– Expérience confirmée en gestion opérationnelle et commerciale, de préférence dans le secteur de la construction ou de l’ingénierie.
– Solides compétences en leadership et en management d’équipes.
– Bonne connaissance du marché marocain et expérience en développement commercial.
– Maîtrise du français et du portugais (la connaissance de l’arabe sera un atout).
– Excellentes compétences en négociation et en relations interpersonnelles.
– Orientation résultats et bonnes capacités d’analyse.

Principais Funções:

– Executar projetos e orçamentos de sistemas de andaimes, cofragens e escoramentos;

– Suporte técnico da fábrica às filiais internacionais e respetivas equipas técnicas;

– Suporte técnico ao departamento comercial e clientes;

– Desenvolver e melhorar documentação técnica de produto;

 

Perfil do candidato:

– Mestrado em Engenharia Civil e inscrito na Ordem dos Engenheiros (requisito obrigatório);

– Domínio de Autocad, Revit e softwares de calculo;

– Bons conhecimentos de calculo estrutural;

– Proatividade, espírito de equipa e responsabilidade;
