CHALLENGE

  • The complex geometrical layout of the stage required it to rest on both land and the river Tagus;
  • The Adapt and Alusta systems were used to recreate, in the greatest possible detail, the design of the Guitar, the show’s logo.

 

SOLUTION

With the Torre de Belém as a backdrop, the stage for the show commemorating the 15th anniversary of Rock in Rio in Portugal had to be daring and out of the ordinary, worthy of the event it was representing.

All the multifunctional capabilities of the Adapt and Alusta systems were put to the test in the geometric recreation of the guitar (the Rock in Rio logo),

The 534 m² and 20-ton stage lies both on land and the waters of the Tagus estuary, thereby presenting a huge structural challenge.
