CHALLENGE
Preservation of the façade, taking into account the total demolition of the interior.
SOLUTION
The walls of the main façade had to be maintained and, as such, a temporary metal structure was executed to contain these walls. The reason for the partial demolition of the buildings was related to the state of the buildings and to regulatory reasons.
In order to contain the walls of the main facade, a metal support structure in SHORFLEX HD® and SHORFLEX LT ® was used.
Metalusa’s Engineering department supervised the work, always ensuring the correct use of the equipment.
