SHORING TOWERS
The simplicity of assembling the structure, its high load capacity and the integrated safety equipment are the main features of the TOWROK system, enabling it to meet the requirements of any shoring situation.
The system is equipped with a series of safety elements that allow for the rapid assembly and disassembly of the shoring towers in compliance with standards EN-12813:2004 and DIN EN 1065.
Each shoring element supports a load of 50kN per foot, 100KN per element and 200kN per tower.
The combination of the different elements comprising the TOWROK system allows for the execution of shoring towers from 1.70 m to 10 m in height. Specific calculations of strength and stability need to be conducted for heights in excess of 10 m. When working on towers of over 5 m in height, the elements need to be strapped together every 3 m in height using Ø48 × 3.2 mm tubes and 48/57 mm fixed clamps.
