The FORTEKO system features an extremely resistant steel profile and is designed to carry out large-scale work in a rapid manner. It has a fresh concrete load capacity of 90kN/m².
To meet these high demands, the panels measure 3.0 m in height by 2.40 m in maximum width.
The surface of the formwork is 18 mm thick plywood with two sides coated in 160g/m² phenolic film to guarantee the good quality of the concrete finish and the greater durability of the panels.
FORTEKO variable panels, in addition to being used to enclose tops of walls, are used to execute pillars with dimensions of 3.0 x 0.3 m to 3.0 x 1.20 m.
The structures are hot-dip galvanized, thereby providing high resistance to corrosion, a long service life and a good appearance.
